Tai-Ji is a traditional Chinese art practiced for physical, mental and spiritual discipline for cultivating the internal energy system.

BAGUA ZHANG: EIGHT TRIGRAM PALM BOXING
Bagua’s direction is circular, emphasizing use of horizontal strength and the open palm.

XINGYI QUAN QI-GONG: CHINESE MIND-BODY BOXING
Xingyi’s direction is linear and stresses use of vertical strength and the fist.

WUJI QUAN:
Wuji (Emptiness Fist) the traditional ancient soft internal boxing system (Mother Art of Tai-Ji Quan). One of the earliest and most rarely taught of the schools of early Shaolin Temple Gong Fu.
